Ian Lasok-Smith (Philatelist) has operated a number of philatelic websites since 1999. Through this website I offer fine quality philatelic material exclusively related to Great Britain. My main area of expertise and special interest is that of Errors and Varieties related to the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. To this end many of the subsections within the site are dedicated to this area. However I hope to cater increasingly those whose interests lie in other reigns.

EXTENDED PAYMENT
For items/orders of £200 or more I will consider payment in instalments over a period of up to 6 months (minimum instalment £100)
Orders up to £300 over 2 months
Orders up to £600 over up to 3 months
Orders up to £1000 over up to 4 months
Orders £1200+ over up to 6 months.
Order dispatched on receipt of final cleared instalment.
We understand purchasers circumstances or wishes may change. Payments by instalment are kept in a separate account and buyers may cancel their order and receive refund of any payments already made less £20. If order cancelled before receipt of second instalment refund will be in full. Refund will be made within one week. The £20 "charge" is to compensate for item being unavailable to other purchasers and hence potential lost sales.
PRIVATE TREATY SALE
For those who have better single items or sets you wish to sell, I offer one of the most competitive Private Treaty services. As well as listing on IanLasokSmith.com suitable items will be advertised in the site Newsletter and my full page advertisments in Stamp Magazine at no extra charge.

SALE BY AUCTION
Auctions will be hosted on this site at variable times, advertised through site Newsletter and also in Philatelic Press.
All material offered will be related to aspects of Great Britain Philately.
The auctions will have the format of a Postal Auction rather than an online auction, all lots starting and finishing at a fixed time. Bidders will be able to place bids by post, email or online through the site. Successful bidders will be contacted after close of auction.
There will be NO BUYERS premium. The only additional charge to buyers will be the cost of postage and packing.
